Founded in 1923 by brothers Harry Warner, Albert Warner, Sam Warner, and Jack L. Warner, in addition to producing its own films, it handles filmmaking operations, theatrical distribution, marketing and promotion for films produced and released by other Warner Bros. labels, including Warner Animation Group, New Line Cinema, DC Films, and Castle Rock Entertainment, as well as various third-party producers.

Before there were any Kryptonians, Vigilantes or Demigods, or even the Justice League. Earth was under the protection of a very unique group of superheroes: the Justice Society of America. Years after World War II, the JSA is left disbanded and overlooked by society. Its members, now advanced in age and leading separate lives, hesitate to come together again, burdened by their previous experiences. Yet, the emergence of a formidable new adversary, the time traveller Per Degaton, compels them to step out of retirement and unite once again with aid of the newest member of the team, Terry McGinnis (The new Batman) to safeguard humanity.
