Alan's lover and a Spy for the KGB as well as associate of Vandals secret cabal during the Cold War. Will obviously have posed as an American agent and been embedded for a while. Maybe the Russians were curious about Alan's ring and lantern? Also know Alan is the leader of the JSA and put him there to map the JSAs movements?
