Each hero brings their unique strengths, wounds, and hopes—but also new bonds that begin to form, including burgeoning romances that test their hearts as much as their powers. As a cosmic invasion threatens not only Earth but the very fabric of reality, the League must learn to trust each other—on the battlefield and beyond. A mysterious incursion from the Apokoliptian dimension—led by a vanguard of Parademons and their general, Granny Goodness—hits multiple global targets simultaneously. The League assembles for the first time, struggling to operate as a team amid their own emotional baggage and new romantic sparks. While Batman and Wonder Woman find themselves drawn together by mutual respect and shared loneliness, Green Lantern and Hawkgirl’s chemistry ignites quickly through combat and camaraderie. As Apokolips’ true purpose is revealed—to capture Earth's metahumans for Darkseid—each hero must confront their greatest fears, and the team’s new bonds will be put to the ultimate test.
