Sterling Kelby Brown (born April 5, 1976) is an American actor. Known for his leading roles on stage and screen, he has received numerous accolades, including three Primetime Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe Award, and a nomination for an Academy Award. He was included in Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2018. Brown portrayed Christopher Darden in the FXlimited series The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story (2016), which earned the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie. For his role as Randall Pearson in the NBC drama series This Is Us (2016–2022), he earned the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. He was further Emmy-nominated for his comedic roles in the Fox Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2018) and the Amazon Prime comedy series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2019). For his role in American Fiction (2023), he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Brown is also known for his leading roles in films such as Hotel Artemis (2019), Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul. (2022), and Biosphere (2023) as well as supporting roles in Marshall (2017), Black Panther (2018), and Waves (2019). A few months after the Justice League was formed, it reunites following a series of attacks on coastlines around the world, carried out by a group from underwater. When Atlantis claims responsibility for the attacks, the Justice League intervenes, stopping the last attack led by Prince Orin/Arthur, who justifies the attacks by claiming that the surface attacked first, through the terrorist known as Ocean Master. The Justice League then acts on three fronts: Batman, along with Martian Manhunter, investigates Orin's claims; Hawkgirl, Green Lantern, and Flash confront the Atlantean forces on the surface; while Superman and Wonder Woman go to Atlantis, along with Orin, seeking diplomacy. However, things become complicated when Orm, Arthur's brother and current king of Atlantis, is revealed as the terrorist Ocean Master, responsible for the attacks on his own people, manipulating both sides into war in pursuit of more power. With the League's help, Orin manages to expose his brother, dethroning him for attacking his own people, but it's not over yet. Orm unleashes the Kraken beast as he and his supporters advance to launch an attack on the surface. The Justice League joins forces with Orin to confront him, stop the threat, and prevent war between the two peoples.
