Fan Casting True objective in Justice League: The Hour of the Legion

After failing to defeat the Justice League, Savage was one of those who escaped. He visits Lex Luthro's cell, who had refused the offer to join his team. Lex scoffs at the defeat, but Savage says that everything went as planned, that he chose a team of expendable criminals, who were just distractions for his true objective. He reveals that he possesses the Mother Box that Steppenwolf came after. And he says that Savage always wins. So it offers Luthor the chance to join him once again.
