Eventually Magneto sacrifices himself and grabs the second mother box and flies into Dr. Manhattan but before he does Quicksilver looks at him showing that he and his father's relationship is finally healed even though they are from two different universes. With all the steps to get here taken Magneto flies into Dr. Manhattan with both mother boxes and takes pushes Dr. Manhattan into Anti-Kang, destroying all three of them. Nightwing and Flash then go to the castle in space housing Pandora and Flash goes so fast it stops time and Nightwing kills Pandora with her own staff. The movie closes with Everyone waking up in their own universes without the memories of ever crossing the multiverse. Now everyone and everything is where it should be. The End
