Takes Superman prisoner near the end. Hacks into all communication systems so that Vandal can basically rile people up like world leaders and terrorists across the globe. He does this in conjunction with the spellcasting side that is Ares, Circe and Klarion who are basically casting a suggestion/hyper aggression spell to wipe out some of the population?
