An alleged terrorist begins to attack the heroes of the different cities, which makes Batman and Martian Manhunter investigate, which makes them meet with other heroes such as Green Lantern, Aquaman, Wonder Woman and Superman, at the same time Barry Allen investigates a series of crimes that happen in Central City which leads him to the same terrorist that the others investigate the one who calls himself Prometheus, which tries to defeat them all. Can only a man without powers defeat the heroes united?
