After the crime rate in Gotham, Metropolis, etc. hit a extreme low. Batman (Bruce Wayne) goes to investigate some of his villains disappearances, when he finds out that a man named Bruno made a Las Vegas for supervillains, where Bruno and these villains are planning to rule the world. Batman assembles a team of heroes to take them down.
