Captain Atom dies at Darkseid’s hand, in an unfortunate display of immense power. Black Lightning dies protecting his daughters. Blue Beetle does holding off the Female Furies, allowing the rest of his team to escape Apokolips. Orion dies at his father’s hands. The Flash dies as he’s absorbed into the Speed Force, reversing time enough to stop Darkseid’s total victory. Batman pierces the Source Wall with the help of Metron, becoming one with the Source and taking Darkseid with him.
