Fan Casting Doctor Destiny in Justice League Dark

One day just John Dee, Destiny achieved such great power that the Justice League had to take drastic measures: they hypnotized him and deprived him of dreams, which prevented him from using the Materioptikon gemstone for his criminal purposes. However, this also degenerated his mind and body - generating someone wholly insane, and with a skull-like face ever since. Once again free to wreak havoc, he has now banded together with other shadow villains in an attempt to bring the world back to its feet.
