Born into a mysterious place named Limbo Town, Klarion is not allowed to go beyond the limits of the town. But one day, curious as he is, the young boy manages to escape and arrive in Gotham with his cat Teeki and starts to cause panic with his powers, when it's not Teeki who scares bystanders when he turns into a werecat. As he means no harm, the Justice League helps him to redeem his faults and brings him back home...
