At the urging of Darkseid the now free Joker gathers villains of all the league heros to combine into the Injustice League, Superman is still shaken up by Luthor's death to save him from Amazo(See Man Of Steel) He and Lois now engaged sit this one out until the Joker attacks their home putting Lois in critical condition
