Santo is a special operations officer in the U.S. Army. He spends most of his time in Brazil training local forces to take down mobsters and drug cartels. During one of his tours, he met Loka and began training capoeira in his limited free time. Santo accepted Loka's invitation to join the tour, but the mestre doesn't know that Santo is secretly following orders. Santo has inside information that one of Brazil's most notorioues mobsters had connections to one of Zumbi's fighters. Santo knows that where Loka goes, Zumbi is sure to follow.
