The Kyoto Sister-School Goodwill Event, where many thoughts and battles crossed, came to an end.
After the event, Itadori, Fushiguro and Kugisaki were assigned a mission to investigate a series of strange curse related murders, in which three people were killed under similar circumstances.
They cross paths with the newly incarnated “Cursed Womb: Death Paintings” in addition to the curse of Yasohachi Bridge.
Will they be able to survive this crisis…?
