Based on the Marvel Comics character The Incredible Hulk, it is the final film in Jonathan Hensleigh's Hulk trilogy and the sequel to The Hulk 2: Monster of Rage (2005). Billy Crudup stars as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Edward Furlong, William Hurt, Kevin Sorbo, Brigitte Nielsen, Timothy Dalton, Dolph Lundgren, and Warwick Davis. Set a year after the events of The Hulk 2: Monster of Rage, the film follows Bruce Banner as he prepares for his future with his girlfriend Betty Ross, while facing the Gargoyle, The Abomination and The Leader.
