A sequel to 2019's Joker inspired by 'One Who Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' that sees Arthur Fleck as a new patient at Arkham State Hospital and features a supporting cast of familiar Batman villains before they became the villains we know while also contending with the Nurse Ratched-like Dr. Hugo Strange and his much friendlier assistant Dr. Harleen Quinzel, who slowly starts to fall into the madness that consumed Arthur and begins siding with him and the patients over Hugo.
