Enrico Pucci is an Italian-American priest who works at Green Dolphin Prison in Florida. He masterminds Jolyne's imprisonment because he wants to get as close as possible to Jotaro, who knows how to reach Heaven through Dio Brando's vision. He possesses the Stand Whitesnake, which can extract memory disks and Stands from other people; it later evolves into C-Moon, which can also manipulate gravity, and finally into Made in Heaven, which causes the time acceleration that resets the universe.
