In 2010, France was hit by an oncoming meteorite near the Eiffel Tower. It's there that we figure out that that wasn't just an ordinary meteorite. That was Kars. A man got near the meteorite but was said to have gone mad, infected by Kar's lust for power. (the man later revealed to be Bonhead Arturs, Aubuchon-Sama's brother). Scientists from all over the world investigated the meteor, using radiation-proof clothing, and figured out that this meteorite would cause damage to the whole world if put together. So, they split the meteor into different parts. Enter Aubuchon Arturs. Aubuchon was digging around in his backyard, soon finding the chest piece of Kars, soon growing a bit mad himself, though strangely less mad than his brother, Bonhead. It was then when he decided to form a cult, named the "Blue Oyster Cult". Aubuchon Arturs then legally renamed himself to "Aubuchon-Sama", converted his Seven Apostles, and hired Fenice Mazzalai, a growing pop-artist, to convert people to the Blue Oyster Cult via his music. Now, it's up to Lafayette Brando, a high-school student, with his lady friend, Andrea Archambault, and a transfer student who came from Japan, then Canada, then France, named Mizugami Arsenault to save the day, and destroy Kar's body parts.
