In 2022, she began playing Riri Williams/Ironheart in the Marvel Cinematic Universe feature film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. In 2024, she starred in the film Freaky Tales, directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck. She reprises her role as Riri Williams / Ironheart in the Disney+ miniseries Ironheart (2025).
