Fan Casting Dario Brando in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part One: Phantom Blood

The abusive, alcoholic father of Dio. He first finds George Joestar and is mistaken for his savior. Because of this, George Joestar entrusts him with money to start a hotel. Unfortunately Dario only spends it all on booze, which lands him back into poverty. His wife died, and Dario became less abusive towards Dio, rather drinking over caring about his only son. Later on, Dario is dying. He sends Dio off with a letter to the Joestars, asking them to adopt Dio.
