One of the three legendary birds that serve as Lugia's guardians. In the further future, it took roost in what was once the Galar region, but was accidentally awakened when the future Angels released it as part of a ploy to foil Thismia's enigmatic plan to seize total power over the region by summoning the Legendary Pokemon, starting with Lugia. It's since fled far away, and the future Angels decide to seek it out in hopes of gaining Lugia's blessing to help them stop Thismia. As a movie-exclusive character, it can be cast with professional or celebrity VAs.
