The main villain of the movie. Thismia was an ordinary woman who gained the power to control time itself to undo her greatest failure, but soon, she grew too comfortable with the power and abused it until she became all-powerful. She was flung far, far away from her time as punishment, but simply seized control of the distant future she was sent to, and now, the entire world suffers under her tyrannical thumb. She's faced stark opposition in the future Angels, and plans to wipe them out before they can intervene with her plans to seize the power of the Legendary Pokemon, starting with Lugia. To do so, she'd sent her minions into the distant past to kill the younger versions of the future Angels' predecessors, the Galar Angels, kickstarting the movie's events. As a movie-exclusive character, she can be cast with both professional or celebrity VAs.
