It has the power to manipulate the seas, the weather, and perhaps much more, but none are quite sure as it hasn't been seen since it went to sleep in the seas ages ago. Thismia also desires its powers for suspicious reasons, and even captured its guardians, the legendary birds, to summon it—however, the future Angels have freed the legendary birds, and now seek out Lugia in hopes of getting its help to stop Thismia. As a movie-exclusive character, it can be cast with both professional or celebrity VAs.
