A Pokemon that can travel all throughout time, but normally takes roost within a special shrine in the Ilex Forest. Gautami sought out its help to go back in time and prevent Thismia from killing the Galar Angels when they were young so as it prevent their successors from rising to stop her, but in the process of doing so, Celebi was badly injured by Thismia's forces and lost most of its strength. It just had enough power to send Amane and Gautami to ancient Johto, and they now aim to find Ho-Oh so it can save Celebi and restore its power. As a movie-exclusive character, it can be cast with both professional or celebrity VAs.
