Character Description

A mob captain whose Valkyr addiction has shattered his mind. He believes he is the Fenris wolf, destined to devour the sun and moon. By the time Max reaches his candlelit inner sanctum beneath the Ragna Rock nightclub, he is howling at invisible demons and shrugging off gunshots as a study in chemical psychosis.
