Fan Casting Frankie "The Bat" Niagara in John Woo's Max Payne

A mob enforcer who treats violence as shift work. He ties Max to a chair in a boiler room and beats him with a baseball bat not out of rage, but because it's his job and he's good at it. Niagara is a soft-spoken monster whose brutality is so casual it feels like conversation. He takes a break for a beer. He intends to come back and finish. He doesn't get the chance.
