While a prisoner breaks out of prison by a nearby Nuclear Power Plant, The building shuts down in hopes to prevent the fugitive from seeking asylum within the large facility, but were they able to shut down in time and have they potentially locked themselves with a Bio hazmat suit wearing Psycho killer. (Set in the 1978.)
