Batman, Robin and Batgirl now need to fight the threat of Harley Quinn, a criminal daughter of Jack Napier, the Joker, villain faced by Batman years ago. The trio's problems intensify after the criminal allies himself with Jonathan Crane, the Scarecrow, a mad scientist who performs dark experiments.
