This is the second show of the MCU. It would be released in between Thor: The Dark World and Captain America Winter Soldier. Timeline wise, it would take place in between Daredevil Season 1 and Thor the Dark World A bit of worldbuilding I want to introduce in the show is the idea of a Super-Power Crimes division of law enforcement. I feel like that with the expanding universe and appearance of super-powered criminals (such as the Brotherhood of Mutants or Loki) that the law would want to be prepared for any more similar crimes in the future. So, Hope getting mind-controlled by Killgrave would be the tipping point for this division to be formed. Like in Daredevil Season 1, it will be more explicit that “The Incident” was the Battle of Earth from Avengers 1
