Steven Jay Blum (born April 29, 1960) is an American voice actor and voice coach. He's known for providing the voice of Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, Eikichi Onizuka in Great Teacher Onizuka, Mugen in Samurai Champloo, Roger Smith in The Big O, Wolverine in the X-Men Franchise, Orochimaru in Naruto, Garazeb Orrelios from the animated series Star Wars Rebels, and Techmo from Regular Show.

With Huckleberry Hound as the Mayor of Jellystone, and Top Cat running the streets, there’s never a dull moment in this madcap little town!
