After Marvin beats Jeffy during the argument, instead of becoming suicidal, Jeffy seeks the blessing of a set of deities known as the Hop Hop Bunny Gods, who claim him as a disciple and turn him into a demigod. Jeffy, now Dark Jimmy, destroys Marvin's old world with his newfound abilities but chooses to keep him alive in his newly created world, "Irida," to exact revenge. The two eventually have a final confrontation, the outcome of which is uncertain.
