Spike’s adoptive brother and the true monster of the Red Dragon Syndicate, Vicious is a cold, aristocratic killer who seized control of the family by murdering his own father. He wields a katana with surgical precision and commands an army of loyal soldiers, but his ambition is matched only by his paranoia.
