A genetically enhanced “data dog” with intelligence far beyond any ordinary corgi, Ein was originally part of a classified research project before ending up on the Bebop. He cannot speak, but his expressive ears, mournful whimpers, and subtle growls communicate more than most humans can manage. Ein serves as the crew’s conscience, their alarm system, and the only member of the Bebop who never lies. When the bullets start flying, he hides under the nearest table—but he never runs away.
