A distinguished 60-year-old Brit in Savile Row suits and John Lobb shoes, Holroyd runs Securecorp, a military contractor that defrauded the U.S. government of billions while leaving soldiers without armor and massacring Afghan civilians. A paternal figure to the young men he recruited, he speaks to Mason like a son while ordering Dekker's death—and threatens to terminate Mason himself if he fails. He blows kisses to his children on the lawn while signing kill orders. He is civilized evil: the most terrifying kind, because he wears a tie and never raises his voice.
