Going by ‘Superman’ (2025), this is what I feel could or should happen with Gunn’s DCU take on Batman; a lived-in Gotham where some characters are already established; some characters like Grayson, Barbara and Dent have yet to become Robin, Batgirl & Two-Face, respectively. Other characters like Poison Ivy, Dr. Hugo Strange or Man-Bat will either have cameos or be saved for future sequels. Much like with ‘Superman (2025), there should be a new musical arrangement based on the late, great Shirley Walker’s score from ‘Batman: TAS’ & ‘Batman: Mask of the Phantasm’.
