Led by renowned scientist Professor Mazursky, the project aimed to create a team of super-powered soldiers that could inspire fear in enemies through their frightening appearance. This is an animated series, which takes place in James Gunn's First Chapter of the DCU Universe. The voice actors in this project will also portray the characters in live action, stated by James Gunn himself.
