After months of imprisonment by a terrorist group known as "The Ten Rings", a group of American hostages, including Vietnam veteran and tech billionaire Tony Stark, are liberated by a man in an iron suit. Despite its first impression, the mystery man begins sabotaging US military operations, and the government will do whatever it takes to tear that helmet off.
