Fan Casting The director's visit in Iron Man

After the confrontation with Mandarin, where he emerges victorious but quite exposed, Tony receives a visit from the director of SHIELD himself, Nick Fury, who reveals he knows his identity and proposes that Stark come work for him. Fury is assembling a group of superhumans and wants Iron Man among them. However, Tony refuses, not trusting SHIELD, especially after they hunted him down. So he decides to take matters into his own hands, revealing to the world that he is Iron Man.
