But the world he wakes up to is drastically different, and a new threat looms. The Red Skull, presumed dead, has resurfaced and is running for the presidency of the United States. As the embodiment of American values and heroism, Captain America is called upon once more to stop the Red Skull's sinister plot to seize power and reshape the nation in his image.
