The artificial intelligence Tony created in his image back when Stark Industries made weapons who used Ghost's vendetta against Iron Man to achieve his own goal: have Stark Industries produce weapons again, believing the world was safer with Stark weapons on the market. He dies when Iron Man destroys the holo-projector he came from.
