Zeke Stane grew up under his ruthless father, Obadiah, whose obsession with Tony Stark he saw as a family disgrace. After Obadiah's death, Zeke blamed Stark and vowed to reclaim the Stane legacy. Viewing Stark Industries as a monopolistic empire, he sees Riri Williams as unworthy of inheriting its mantle. Zeke killed his father to escape his shadow, aiming to prove his superiority by seizing Stark tech and using the Iron Monger suit to destroy Ironheart. However, his vengeful methods reveal his arrogance and make him as flawed as Obadiah.
