Rina Hoshino is a Japanese-American bilingual actress, voice-over artist, and a singer. Born in Yokohama, she spent her adolescence in Seattle, Hoshino, and formally trained as an actress at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute LA.
In this 3D animated series Splinter was formerly a human being, an honorable ninja named Hamato Yoshi was banished from the foot clan in Japan after being deceived by the seditious Oroku Saki, who pinned Yoshi’s kelogi Yoshi one day found four turtles and trained them in the art of ninjitsu. He named them after his favorite Renaissance painters.
