Since Batman's disappearance, Catwoman now takes his place as head of the Insurgency as her fellow Insurgents address her as "Commander Catwoman". She publicly orders all remaining Insurgents to disperse from their homes and cease all contact with their friends and family in order to save them from the Regime's wrath. When the new heroes arrive along with Supergirl, Selina congratulates them and names them the new Insurgents. When Constantine revives Batwoman from a Black Lantern to a mortal, Selina warns him that the longer he revives the dead, the sooner he will no longer survive. With her position, Commander Catwoman will do everything she can to face off against the Regime, the Peacekeepers and the Black Lantern Corps.
