Simon's Mother serves as the true villain of The Raft Wars Movie, she is a strict and unfair mother who secretly hates children and throws them into the ocean for amusement, she plans to turn the island into a water park so children can't have any fun. You can kinda kinda compare her to those pure evil and calm villains, It/Pennywise, Lady Tremaine, Mother Gothel, The Other Mother, Smoke from CATR, Zeebad, Scar, and Morag. Her goal is to manipulate Simon, his brother, and father into helping her with her selfish goals. She is the most feared villain on the island and is like the island equivalent to Satan.
