Picking up where season one left off, Cole MacGrath has been told of the coming of an extremely powerful being known as “The Beast”, foretold you destroy the planet, unless he stops it. Forced to face the Beast earlier than expected, Cole had to retreat and harness the full potential of his powers in the city of New Marais.
