Fan Casting Bohbala in Indiana Jones and the Monkey King

The wise, warm, soft-spoken ruler of Sun Wu Kung's lost city and father of Tyki, Bohbala welcomes Indy and his party as divine messengers. He is grateful for his son's return and offers the travelers hospitality. But when Gutterbugh's stray bullet—meant for Indy—strikes him in the chest, he dies in Tyki's arms. Later resurrected by Sun Wu Kung's magical peaches, he resumes his rule, leading his people back to the Garden of Immortal Peaches.
