After a freak accident occurs, Bruce saves one of his friends Rick from a radioactive explosion, which soon after starts to transform Bruce into a hulking monster… Now considered a national threat, Bruce’s father in law Thunderbolt Ross enacts a plan to capture him, only for Ross to become Red Hulk in the third act.
