Bruce Banner, a scientist on the run from the U.S. Government, must find a cure for the monster he turns into whenever he loses his temper. As Bruce tries to maintain a low profile, he works at a local university under a false identity, researching a cure for his condition. Meanwhile, General Ross enlists the help of Emil Blonsky to capture Banner.
