Theodore Noise, better known as The Noise, is the third boss of Pizza Tower and a playable character after unlocking him in The Noise Update. He is the rival of Peppino Spaghetti and serves as a secondary antagonist. His fight can be found in Vacation Resort.
Vote which fictional character would naturally fit in-universe with a big-named franchise! No time-travel, no interdimensional crap, no "Pooh's Adventures", they would just exist in-universe.
